Generate a token at: github.com/settings/tokens/new with repo scope (read access; expiration up to you).
Each device that signs in needs an account you create here. Send the generated password to the recipient via Signal/WhatsApp; they enter the friendly name + password on their device's lock screen.
Removes from the registry on every signed-in device. Per-device message logs are also cleared locally.
